I have dealt with Hi Tech for years and service has been fine until recently.   They had a hard time getting the parts needed to repair my truck which lead to delays.  Bolts were not properly tightened on my tailpipe, which almost fell off and led to a long, difficult drive home from a trip.  They admitted it was their fault and repair was done at no additional cost.  The whole experience was difficult and I have since found another mechanic to service our cars.

My family owns three Toyotas and these vehicles have been serviced by Hi Tech Auto for over two years. These are one of the best mechanics we've ever used. What sold me on this firm was when I had to repair the air conditioning on an older vehicle with R12 refrigerant. They retrofitted the system to the new refrigerant for less than it cost to repair the old system!

Hi Tech repaired brakes I had fixed at another service shop. They were honest and responsive, as well as reasonable. The car is a 1989 Land Cruiser and they recommended a reasonable approach to maintaining the car based on the age. Plus Mary is great to deal with.

Mary gets the estimates and although she doesn't work on the cars is very knowledgeable and good at communicating if there are any changes. They have told us when we could delay or forgo repairs, which demonstrated to me that they are not out to gouge you.
