General Remodeling
Herman and Mike arrived exactly on time and went to work right away. The demolition of the old bathroom was more of a challange then they had anticipated but they got it done in one day and hauled away all of the debris. The reconstruction took about two weeks, including the one day demo. The reconstruction required substantial plumbing modifications as well as completely rebuilding the interior of the wall. Their work was very good and they did exactly what I had asked for. The communication was daily and Herman was very good at explaining what they were doin and why they were doing it. Along the way there were a few challanges that were discussed with me and a solution was discussed and implemented. There were a few issues with the drywall work that had been done, not by Herman, and when I pointed them out he was more dissatisfied than I was. Herman took it upon himself to remedy the situation without me ever having to mention it again.
All in all I am very pleased with the outcome.
