I was very happy with the tech that was sent out. He was able to locate the trouble in a junction box that was buried in the basement ceiling and repair it. The tech was Robert, he was just great, and they were able to come out right away. I'll be using them again soon when I have ceiling fans installed on my front porch.

Thanks for the great work!  Initial visit for a quote + sizing up the job was straight forward.  Now that the work is done, we love the installation (very clean, looks good) and are very happy with their location choices.  When they came out to do the install we talked about wireless remote control vs. wired switch; they suggested going with in-wall "slider" style switches, one with 4 settings for the fan and one with 4 for the light (e.g. dimmer).  Works great, no existing ceiling fixture but they cut very clean & minimal wall holes to get the wires run.  I thought the rates were quite reasonable.  Heritage Electric are now our go-to guys for electrical work!

Heritage did a fantastic job and in a timely manner.  They showed up on time and finished the project within a timely fashion.  They were required to give us a letter for the Homeowners Association proving the work had been completed.  They also did this in a timely fashion as well.

The owner of Heritage Electric came to the house and provided a bid for the electrical portion of kitchen remodel.  He was very knowledgeable of the different types of lighting and electrical fixtures currently available on the market.  After learning of pro's and con's of the different approaches we agreed upon a plan for the wiring of the new kitchen.
During the entire remodel we had a single electrician that was very courteous and professional.  If we were behind in one phase of the project, we were able to postpone electrical, with little to no notice, while the ventilation or floor contractors were working.  In retrospect this was a extremely helpful.  If we experienced delays in the arrival of appliances we were able to call Heritage and our electrician would be out the next day or the day after . . . very accomodating.
We were very pleased with the work that was done.

I called Heritage a few weeks after moving into our home and they came out to fix some code violations. They did a great job with getting everything done, moving boxes and making everything safe. The electrician was very knowledgeable and  timely. In the end they billed us and we were happy. We have another project coming up in the next couple weeks that we will call them to come back and fix our kitchen. Good company.

I received an estimate via phone but was NOT told of a "trip charge".  The first I heard about this was when the electrician was done and I mentioned about making payment. He told me I could discuss that issue with Matt when I was billed for the services.  I received a bill and was shocked with the amount.  I was being charged  for 5 hours of work.  I called and left a message to discuss the charges.  When the call was returned, Matt mentioned that they would remove $50 from the bill.  This to me was not acceptable, the electrician was punctual @9am and left at 12:15.  Matt was abrasive, rude, argumentative and defensive.  He  tried to justify the charges in various ways one being by saying that the electrician arrived at their facility at 7:30am and that was why I was being charged for 5 hours.  I explained that I would not be paying for the electrician to show up at their facility.  I would pay for the time that he was on my property, not theirs.  He also mentioned how the electrician got supplies for "your job".  I would hope so, if he was coming to do a job.  Which to this date, I still don't know what was picked up for our job.  We had two chandeliers installed, we supplied the brace that was needed.  He tried to throw all the excuses he could come up with that he thought would be a reasonable explanation for the  5 hour charge.  Unfortunately for him, I'm a VERY wise consumer and I do my legwork. and keep notes.  My "conversation" with Matt was frustrating and pointless.  I finally informed Matt that when he wanted to be sensible and not argumentative, he could give me a call back.  A week passed, I never received a call.  In the end, since I didn't receive a call back, and I wanted the matter resolved, I mailed a check for what I felt was reasonable and fair, with a two page detailed explanation and summary of my conversation with Matt, via certified mail.  A conversation in which I was taking more notes, while it was taking place.  This check was cashed.
Regarding the electrician, he was on time.  The appointment was at 9am.  He arrived exactly at 9am and finished the job at exactly 12:00 and left at 12:15. The electrician was very friendly.
Professionalism for the electrician - B For the company representative, Matt - F
Would I use this company again, needless to say, no.

The electrician was very professional and had good customer service skills. He was called out by our Blue Ribbon Home Warranty company. He looked at my appliances and then the circuit breaker panel. He took of the panel and it was sparking and all of the circuit breakers were loose and he tightened all of them and efficiently solved the problem and I havent had any more problems with it since. I definitely recommend this company.

I have a home warranty, and the home warranty company dispatched Heritage Electric to diagnose and address this issue.  Heritage called me the day before to confirm the appointment day and time, and the technician arrived precisely at that time.  He diagnosed the issue, and took great care to address it properly, and thoroughly, so I would never have this issue again.  I was very impressed with the professionalism of this company, and would definitely call them again, even if the work does not fall within my home warranty contract.

Great. Electrican very knowledgable, explained what he found and possible solutions all along the way. First option was always enough to satisfy the requirements at lowest cost. Additional options for other corrections were recommended as convience corrections since he was there. Cleaned up the area when he was done, and he worked hard to do a little damage to walls as possible.
