I've been in several times for various issues with our two cars, one of which is very old and the other which is a lemon.  Each time they were prompt, thorough and honest. I had problems with oil consumption in the car, but the source of the leak was not immediately apparent.  They asked me to bring it in again at no charge a week or two later to see the rate of oil consumption and were able to diagnose a problem that was later verified at a different shop.  I like their focus on their work and their quick turnaround times.  They are also honest.  When they found the problem with my car would require up to $5,000 worth of work, they said they'd be happy to do it, but weren't sure the car was worth it.
They are highly knowledgeable about cars and told me that as a small shop they know their success rides upon their reputation for honesty and excellent work.

They are first class workers. They are fabulous and super honest. They only charged me a very small amount for the job this morning. Last week I went there to have my car inspected. They did a minor repair and they did not charge me anything. They have an award for being very honest.
