What a disaster. The two young male technicians arrived on time and it seemed promising. I had asked the company the day before what to expect, and realized something was wrong when these two did little of what was promised. They set up a large loud vacuum, but then neglected to close or cover the vents. They only did approx 1/3 of the service promised and spent more time socializing outside in their dirty van than inside doing work. Lots of strong arming to upsell a 6-12 month service for $3000-4000. Additionally they consistently left exterior doors open leaving pets at risk of escape. Do NOT recommend hiring.
