concrete repair
 + -1 moreWas contacted by their contractor Roy 2 days before our estimate to set up a time for him to come out. We agreed on a time and I ensured I was off work so I would be present. About 30 minutes after expected arrival time I called his number twice with no answer. His voicemail had not been set up to leave a message. I called the main HD Concrete number to find out where he was and voice my concern and was put on hold by an agent while they connected me to Roy. Once connected, he knew who I was on initial contact but claimed he did not put anything on the schedule even though we had spoken two days prior to set up a time that he claimed would work perfectly. Was it human error? Yes. Do I have time for contractors who are forgetful after 48 hours and certified on Angies List? Absolutely not.
Description of Work: Concrete steps remove and replace.
