First of all, another plumber came out and told me that he couldn't unclog my basement drain and they would have to break out the concrete floor to fix it. I heard from a neighbor about Havens Plumbing so I called them for another opinion. They were very prompt and managed to clean the drain that the other plumber said was impossible and only charged me $100.
They were polite and professional at all times and seemed totally honest and competent.
