I first worked with them during a basement remodel and they did the framing. When the general contractor disappeared, they offered to do other work which turned into flooring, drywall, a bathroom, and stairs. Since that project Iâ ve hired them for a fence with built in seating, electrical work, and installing a mini split. Where is the 6 star button for above and beyond work?!

I hired them for a grandmother apartment conversion and could not be more happy with the finished project. There are always issues that come up when you start on a remodel, but they were very helpful and adamant to make sure the project was done right- the first time. I don't usually leave reviews, but these did a great job for me!

I had the pleasure of working with HardKnots for the build-out of my first salon in Wash Park and then my 2nd Salon in Park Hill. Wil and Jimi listened carefully to my vision and provided valuable insights and suggestions to enhance the design, they were especially skilled when we approached them with a vague yet specific design idea and figuring out an approach to make that idea into reality. My business partner and I had a lot of ideas on Pinterest as well as online and we were able to approach them with all of these thoughts, and they were always able to create something custom that incorporated those ideas together, yet made it more personal for us. Considering we were all over the place with our design Wil was very helpful in figuring out what best to do with our space. They were transparent with the costs and timelines, ensuring there were no surprises along the way. Their communication was also great, they kept me informed of progress and any potential issues that came up. The end result is 2 beautiful and inviting spaces that have xceeded my expectations. These guys opened a wall up to our kitchen and closed another off so we had a new area added to our kitchen for a pantry. They demoed our floors and laid a gorgeous herringbone stone floor. At the end of every work day they left their tools tidy and the house as clean as possible. They worked quickly and I could tell took great pride in their end product.
