He showed up at 11am which was on time and worked for 1 hour before walking off job without communication or informing me of his reasoning. I'm not sure if I somehow made him mad or upset, or if the items he was moving around may have been to heavy because he stated on numerous times that some of the things were to heavy for him. It made me think that he was not physically fit to do the work in which he signed up for.

All of their work was done professionally (with one exception, which they rectified at their expense immediately) by highly qualified people. I even have a favorite general handyman listed in their files now so that I can schedule for him when I call for the general projects.

Worker was very professional and nice, the work took almost twice as long as he had expected and it was getting late in the day when he was painting over the caulking, the paint lines were sloppy and uneven, he said he would come back and re-paint but I paid him in full anyway, his office called the next week and I told them, they said they will take care of it but it has been over a month now and I have not heard from them.

The original contact was probably about a month ago and a guy from the company came out and did the job about a week ago. He was skilled and he got the job done efficiently within his budget. He was good.

The work was good, the handyman was personable and very helpful. Our door hardware turned out to be somewhat difficult and he stayed with it until it worked well and looked great. The only reason I would hesitate to use these guys again is the pricing - it's higher than other A-rated companies on this list. I think it amounted to at least $100/hr. I do like that the materials are not marked up.

Everything was fantastic. We had great success with quality, craftsmanship, and timeliness. It was very good. They were generally very professional. Everything that they said was exactly upfront, it was exactly how it ended up going. There were no surprises. They just want to do a good job for us and they did. We bought all the materials. The closet door is back off it's rail, leak in shower is fixed, closet rack is back up and not going anywhere, I'm a believer that the price of a service (especially if it is high) should reflect the quality of the work. I saw nothing more spectacular with this handyman service than with a singly owned business. I really expected the work to be stellar in light of cost.

Ms. [member name removed] paid Sean separately for materials used of $50.84 for which he provided receipts. We do not mark up materials and we leave that transaction between the customer and our craftsman. We tried several times to do a quality check with Ms. [member name removed] and we were unable to contact her. Ms. [member name removed] did not return our calls. We are always following our craftsmen and the quality of their work to ensure that we are maintaining our standard of quality. I am sorry that we were not able to resolve any problem that Ms. [member name removed] had with Sean's work. We would be happy to come out and correct any of his work. I called handyman connection to look at a shower faucet issue we were having. I called them at 8am and they set up a estimate appointment for 4pm that same day. Levi was the plumber that came to our house. He was on time and looked at the issue and said he had the parts on his truck to do the job. It only took him about 40 mins to compete the job. It was done to my satisfaction. They even include a 90 day labor warrranty. I would use them again

They have a very good reputation. They have someone for a lot of different problems. They are prompt and clean. They are courtesy as well. Their are usually coupons available.

I have used Handyman Connection twice in as many weeks to help with some repair work in a house I recently purchased. I have been very happy with the guys that have been sent over to date. I had some drywall patching in several rooms done very well, with texture matched excellently. Once the paint was on the wall you could never tell it had been patched. I also had some carpentry work done on some door jambs, heads and casings, with an entire doorway redone on a very unplumb wall partition. The work was done with great care and workmanship.
I have another job this week for Handyman Connection. Highly recommended if you need a Handyman in the Denver metro area.
