I live in an older home and have some tricky plumbing challenges. Robert installed a new kitchen faucet and replaced a toilet. Excellent communication and extremely tidy. Robert was available on short notice after my original contractor backed out at the last minute. He also was very courteous and came well prepared to help move a floor drain in my basement. He did an excellent job and cleaned up all the mess afterward. All his work passed the city inspection with flying colors. I would highly recommend Robert for any plumbing issue.

I originally texted Robert about my toilet problem. He texted back very promptly and we scheduled an appointment. Throughout the project he was friendly, maintained good communication, and was professional. He even finished the job on a Sunday.
