He broke our above counter lighting covers, broke our low voltage lighting outside, claimed our GFCI outlets didn't work although I easily reset them, claimed our spa jet tubs didn't work, alleged that our breaker box was faulty which it is not, and even told our buyer he couldn't find our dryer vent when the dryer is clearly a ventless and all manuals and work files were displayed for his review. The only reason I think the buyer hired this guy was to get more money out of us on issues that didn't exist. We lost this sale due to this inspector and are considering suing him for damages caused.
