His name is James Riley and he lives about 4 blocks from me, which is really great. He is coming out next week. We have been in this house about 20 years and I think we met James about 10 years ago.

He is excellent. He is also a wonderful Christian family man. He does not take advantage of people, which is nice. He knew my husband, and I see him every now and then. He is really a good person.

James checked the drains. He also asked me up front if he could scope from the speaker to look for water in advance along with a quote. Come to find out that the leak was the result of bath water splashing into HVAC.
