Gravina Windows & Siding

Terrible company, garden window was never installed properly. I submitted pictures to the manufacturer, and they indicated that the company failed to use the supplied brackets. failed to support the window adequately or accurately, and as a result their manufacturer warranty will not be honored. Contacted the company in May 1st and they agreed to send have their service department contact me. Never heard back so two months later, I emailed them the response from the manufacturer. They finally called today, and said that lead warranty representative was unqualified to evaluate the problem. They only warranty their work for 2 years, and now claimed that I was told it would be $125 for them to come out. They never made that offer. Family members with the same name and similar business have indicated that they are obnoxious to deal with. The give the owner the nickname of Nick the Pr**k. Stay far, far away. Terrible company.

Had 10 Marvin Infinity windows installed by Gravina in 2010. Installation was sloppy and a trim piece came off w.i. 6mo. Gravina came out and squirted adhesive caulk along trim piece - looked horrible and came loose w.i 2 wks; Gravina said " too bad so sad" and refused to come back out. Now, 13 yrs later the Marvin Infiniti Ultrex Fibreglass frames are discoloring - and Gravinas won't honor the Limited Lifetime Warranty. Jim Gravina is not answering our attempts to communicate with him - and is refusing to help with the warranty; he told us that "Marvin will have to decide who fixes the problem". So, DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM GRAVINA'S - YOU'LL BE SORRY IF YOU DO - THEIR SERVICE AND ETHICS SUCK!!!. On the other hand Lifetime Windows and Siding has been trying to help us - even though they didn't sell us those windows. If you're looking for Windows go with Lifetime W&S and delete Gravinas phone number from your life. You've been warned!!!

Terrible Terrible terrible. We had a fire and could not open the windows. Never hire crap company . Two months ago they came to repair went to order parts charged us above and beyond warranty fees and still no come back with parts or even a courtesy call. Disgusted with Gravinas, we ordered new windows from another company. To h***, and good riddance with Nick Gravina and his gratuitous condescending, never ending excuses and horseshit. We paid a little less with these guys that a few other quotes but the experience working with them was a mess from right after we signed the contract. The salesman communicate with unprofessional super short replies which are never clear and NEVER proactive. I feel like we honestly we never had had our job done if I hadn't asked several times what was happening. In retrospect it's pretty clear what the business model is... Get a sale and then order the materials. After forgetting about the customer for several month scramble to find "some guy" who can come and install it. The "some guy" was good at what he did but showed up and was immediately ******** about working with Gravina as it's "always a mess working with them". He walked off the job after a few days when I went to ask him about how the windows would be trimmed. It was clear that despite three visits to my house the salesman did nothing to create a design or installation instructions/plan. We were then asked to pay more to trim windows as they were somehow unique but it was never clear why the original quote would not have accommodated that other than the salesman not doing his job. The invoicing process is a mess as well. Find a real company to get your siding done. This place is a bunch of bozos just looking to make some money.

The service was very good, they are very clear about the cost of the service, they gave me options about the service, very efficient and I will use them again.

It was great. They were very professional. Nick came over to review colors for siding, and even came over during work times to check on things. The provider was great as well. I would recommend them, and I plan to use them again.

The window was installed great. We had a hard time getting the sales men to return our call. I would recommend them.

They were very professional and did a great job. They were on time and did a great job working the insurance company.

They were able to install custom floor to ceiling windows in our home. This is the second time that we have used them. They were able to do some work for us in 2006 and it was such a good job we decided to go with them again. We have a huge home and I wanted to have some custom, double pane windows installed so they were able come out and do the work for us. We were very pleased and are happy with the results.

They were able to put on new siding and gutters for our home and they provided excellent service. We have no complaints and are considering them to have them replace our windows.

I have been a Gravina's customer for over 30 years. I first had siding installed - That went great. 20 years later they replaced windows and installed soffit & facia - That went great! - In December of 2017 I had them replace my sliding Patio Door and they did a wonderful job. I will recommend Gravina's in Denver for all my friends.

Got the work quoted - Mike just came in and eyeballed it. Gave a rough quote with a promise to get precise quote back in a week. When the actual quote came it was exactly what Mike quoted at the house. We ordered the window and were advised it would take a few weeks to arrive. While it took a little longer than I expected, and communication during this time wasn't great, the window was installed perfectly, it's a great window, and the price was very competitive compared to other quotes. We will definitely use Gravina again next window we replace.

Response was a little slow and it took longer than was quoted to get the windows and several pieces of siding. The installers did a good job, protected the floor for the window replacements and cleaned up.

The installers for our 2016 project were adequate but were a bit careless with some of the caulking and trim. The trim around the outside of our sliding door was especially banged up in the process. By contrast, the installer who cut the doorway and installed our slider in 2017 was exceptional. During our 2016 installation, we also discovered a few minor manufacturer defects that were resolved by Gravina's. Overall, we are very happy with our new windows and Gravina's service.

Windows came in quicker then we expected, install took 2 days and was handled very professionally. Left the work spaces clean, and was quick and efficient.

Gravina was fantastic to work with. From the estimate through the install Infelt they were serious professionals and had complete confidence that we were getting a great product and fantastic craftsmanship. Will definitely use them again for the next window replacement.

The windows are warped and there is air coming through parts of the windows!!! When you were selling us your windows the customer service & attitude was great, after you got our money and did a horrible job of installing, it is the WORST customer service ever! The VP Nick actually stood in my house and laughed at me like a bully in front of his employee. They tried to blame my tile roof for poorly installed windows, (implied that because I'm woman I don't know roofs), he also said it had been 3 yrs since they installed, it's been less than a year and we've been trying to get them out here for about 5 months. They had to replace several windows that were faulty. I asked if I should have a 3rd party come out and inspect them and send them the bill, he laughed in my face. Who does that? I may be a tiny woman in my PJs and without makeup this morning but what Nick the VP didn't know is I own an insurance agency and have THOUSANDS of clients who own homes. I will make sure to tell my homeowners about my experience with this company. It has been months of us trying to get you to come out to our house to correct your faulty and poorly installed windows, this morning they had to replace several of them. Now we have to wait several weeks on two more. If the issue is not resolved this week we will be filing a claim against your Products Completed Liability insurance policy. I asked Nick for a copy on an ACCORD certificate of Liability insurance as I handed him my business card and told him how I would be sharing my story, he tried to apologized as he was walking out of my house, I told him he was a bit late and he should ashamed about how he conducts business as a VP of a company. I also asked if I could speak to Larry Gravina the owner, he laughed as he replied "the owner would never come out your house".

The installers were wonderful. Great job. Cleaned up after themselves. Walked each window with us when they were done to confirm everything was working, and showed us how to use and clean the new windows.

Gary Norman did the job and he is a superb workman. Gary is very detail oriented, a real perfectionist. Could not imagine how anyone could do a better job.

Took longer than I thought. Screen door for slide still inst in it was damaged on delivery. Never called use door for circulating and no screen. French door slab damaged needs replaced still don't have installation was OK clean up not the best.

Went well, installation went smooth & were done in time frame, they said it would be done in.

On time. Attention to detail, courte.
