I’m sure these guys are great if everything goes well. But let me tell you, if it doesn’t their customer service is terrible. Interestingly enough, they say their “delivery promise is set in stone” and that their “word is their bond: they make good on their promise to deliver a quality product, on time, every time”. Well, let me tell you they do not hold up to their promise. I was canceled on 3 times (and hung up on because I told the Jessica in customer service that if they weren’t going to show up she should have told me that they weren’t going to come and that there is no excuse for canceling on a customer a second time). Then the third time is because there was a quality issue with the stone. So I asked the team and president of the company how they would stand by their word above. Crickets. Nothing. No response. So if you decide to use them, I truly hope things go to plan. But if they don’t, their words mean nothing to them.

Countertop was CRACKED from the beginning and Granite Source REFUSES to stand behind their work We ordered custom countertops for a major kitchen remodel. One of the large pieces was installed with a through-and-through crack in one of the corners. It had clearly been "repaired" prior to installation, as the crack was visible, but the piece had somehow been cemented back in place. Granite Source came and buffed it, which obscures the crack from some angles, but they refused to even discount their product despite the obvious defect. Moreover, even though we reported the crack within 24 hours of installation, their owner insinuated that -we- cracked the counter after it was installed. This is clearly impossible because it had already been glued back together and the edges had already been rounded by the installers. Our GC spoke with the owner of Granite Source directly and he refused to yield. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
