I thought he's quick. When I called, he's very helpful. He reprogrammed it all and explained what was going on. I was very happy with him. I thought their price was reasonable.

This was over Labor Day Weekend. We called Tuesday after the holiday, so we were not sure if we could find someone on short notice. They were able to send the repairman out 2 1/2 hours after we called, which we thought was great with the holiday. The repairman arrived when expected. He did seem a little overworked and seemed a little annoyed to begin with. I asked him to give me some tips on keeping my door in good shape. He was more than willing to show me. He replaced the springs quickly. In addition, he made adjustments to the door and lubricated all the hinges. Overall, we had a good experience and would not hesitate to call them again for services.

It was Saturday. I called Gold Label first because I'd used them before, but they quoted me an extra trip charge for Saturday. So, I hesitated. Called two other companies. One had lots of testimonials on another list. They didn't charge for Saturday (they said) but quoted me a worst case scenario of $450. A friend then referred me to the company he'd last used. They wanted $249 just to get my car out of the garage! In the meantime, Gold Label called me back to see if I'd found anyone yet. I asked him what the worst case scenario would be, and he said probably $250. So, I hired him. Rob came out within an hour, and had everything fixed in less than an hour. $180 total! The springs themselves were apparently fine. Just the cables and a pulley needed to be replaced. I will definitely use them again!

I was not very happy with the service that was provided to me because of the quality of work performed. Service person had to be called back for another additional adjustment of the door.
