It was awful.  They were supposed to be here at 9:00 am, but did not show up until 10:30.  When they did arrive, they didn't even announce themselves, just started hacking away at my trees.  They did not have the necessary equipment to do the job as I asked.  They completely trimmed the trees bare of branches, and it looks terrible.  I can't even stand to look at them.  From one tree that I have been growing for twenty plus years, they trimmed twelve huge branches.  I had to stop them half way through the job, and paid them $350.00.  I was in tears....I don't know how they could mutilate something so badly.  They cut off branches that my hummingbird feeders were on.  It was not at all what I asked them to do.  If there were a grade lower than F, I would go lower.
