Gentle Hearts Pet Sitting

Gentle Hearts is the absolute best. Luke and Cindy are just wonderful. They're the only people I feel comfortable taking care of my two little fur babies. They always accommodate my last minute business trips, and I trust them completely. Very high recommendation!

We started using Gentle Hearts when our dog was 8 weeks old; at that time, Luke came twice a day for 30 minutes while we were at work. Now, we schedule one, hour long visit for our 5 month old dog.  We feel very comfortable having Mike or Luke come into our home and take care of our dog (who is crazy about Luke and Mike). Luke and Carol are very responsive when we call or email, and very flexible with scheduling time our dog. We highly recommend Gentle Hearts - we know our dog is in loving, caring hands with them.

I selected this company based off information in Angie's list and on their own website. 

I'm not sure if they are out of business or not, but I contacted them via e-mail from their website and didn't get a response back.  After about a week I tried calling and left a voice mail.  I still haven't heard back from them.  They may be a great company and maybe they are not taking on new clients but I think that's worth a phone call back in my opinion.  

Luke and Carrol are awesome!  We have always had amazing service even with very short notice, Luke has come through.  The best is when you get back from your trip and get a daily log of what your dogs did with little captions of the weird things your pets do that you know is just like them.

I don't post a lot of reviews, but I had to come in and give a HUGE thumbs up to Luke.  He took care of my two aging pugs - four sets of eye drops and several other daily meds between them - for 10 days and did an excellent job.  When we had a death in the family and had to extend our trip several more days, Luke didn't hesitate to say he could stay with them three more nights. 
But beyond that, Luke is a good soul.  While we were gone, I needed help finding a special poem my grandmother wrote to help me write my eulogy for her.  Luke stayed up until the early morning hours searching closets and going through dozens of photo albums until he found it.  Then typed up the 2-page poem and emailed it to me.  You know a person that cares that much about people is going to take great care of your animals. 
I owe Luke a huge debt for his help when we were in need. That he took such great care of our animals and our house was a bonus.  I would highly recommend him.

I got them as a referral from my neighbor.  I had two dogs and now I have three.  My experience with them was very good.  They were very friendly, very nice and they cared about the dogs.
