We did not choose Garage Door Medics!! We did select Don's Garage Doors, once again, right here in the Denver area. He and his men are at it this very moment. I contracted for three new doors, and Don is promising to get all three installed today, which is day number one! Three doors in one day, and only three guys to do it! Pretty amazing. The job amounts to removing the old doors, removing the old rails, and then starting from scratch. That's a lotta work! I know! I've been watching them. I am a blue collar person, retired from the Burlington Railroad, and I think I know quality work when I see it. These guys are doing exceptionally good work. Part of that means not just slapping everything together. You measure twice, cut once!

This was an emergency and I needed it done immediately, because I was leaving town. Tim Gregor are out worked on door until fixed. Price was excellent and Tim was fantastic. Definitely use him again.

So Tim and Rick came out and from the star it was bad. They disagreed on price, course of action and how best to help us. We just paid their service fee and had them be on there way. I understand it was at night, but there open for these types of emergencies. I wouldnt call them ever or recommend them. Garage stays open over night.

I had installed the system, but then I unfortunately fell off a ladder while I was doing it.  So I had done 90% of the work when he came out after I injured myself.  We got them, and they finished up OK.  I don't have enough comparison to evaluate the price.  I think they were pretty much in the range of what is usually expected.  The quality was satisfactory; let's put it that way.  Responsiveness was OK.  On punctuality, mostly they were OK, but sometimes you have to wait.  It's hard for me to compare professionalism because I don't see a lot of other people.  I think we just looked in the Yellow Pages to find them; I'm not sure.  They seemed to be familiar with the system, and they cleaned it up nicely and finished the job within the day.  I guess communication was adequate.
