Kyle acts like he will give you a great deal until he comes out. He tries to charge you through the roof for services. Later, he drops the price several hundred dollars to earn your business. Then he tried to charge me $300 for cables that I looked up and confronted him that cost $20.00 . He just shrugged his shoulders and said I have to make a profit. He also got grease on items in my garage. I can provide anyone an invoice if anyone wants to see it.

I was very disappointed we Had A tech come out. (Kyle) to Give us an Estimate on our Garage door spring Garage core couldn't tell me a price over the phone Because there are different types of springs so Kyle came over and he looked at my door and he seen my broken spring and then started to look at my rollers said I need to replace but he would have to go to the truck and figure the price. Out he comes back and gives me a really hi quote $680 for his service way to high so he goes back to the truck to refigure and he comes back and tells me $480. I told him I have a guy who could do it for $250 But he wouldn't be able to do it until next week I. Really want to wait till next week so now Kyle told me he would mach him $250 all the way from $680. ?? Starting to wonder if this company is a fly by nite. ? So I told him I'm going to wait till next week and he told me I owe him $30 for the quote!! I told him I thought it was a free quote so he got really ****** and said he wasn't going to Leave until I paid him all I can say is wow !! I went into the house with out paying him I figured I will call his office tomorrow and discuss the mater but then I get a email saying I owe him $119 for the service call. For tune up lubricate all moving parts and its standard minimum charge he never did any of that. Not work was never performed!!! I can't believe a company would have a guy like that to represent them !!!!
