Energy Efficiency Auditing, Home Inspection
The turnaround time for scheduling was quick and Nick was here as soon as we were available. He was very nice and explained all that he was going to do. The problem is that he didn't seem especially confident in performing the audit. Or competent for that matter. He was also supposed to supply us a report, which we never received. After multiple attempts to contact him via phone and email and getting little in terms of response other than vague answers and empty promises, I was forced to request a refund from my credit card company for services undelivered.
