gutter repair, roofing, deck cleaning
+ 1 moreWeather caused significant delays. Work finally started in April. Contact was initiated in early March. It was finished August. Crews were not supervised. Did not come to work on some days. Arrived late and left early. I hope a good job was done in spite of it all. But it took calling repeatedly to get it. The invoice sent for our payment (and the insurance company's) was incomplete and unclear about what work had been done. Only after significant argument was the invoice amended to indicate work was completed and only then was the total insurance reimbursement made. This was the end of September. The contractor asked for payment before the work was done.
Description of Work: Tore off and replaced dwelling composition roof and garage tar and gravel. Replaced flat garage roof with TPO membrane. Rear patio deck damaged by hail was refinished. Damaged gutter replaced and painted. Roof vents were replaced.

Description of Work: They refused to finish the roofing job but wanted the full payment of our contract. The refused to discuss options other than getting full payment for half the job and threatened to put a lean on my house. I finally contacted the BBB and Frontier contacted me the next day to say they would finish the job. I then paid them in full the following day.
