Front Range Pet Stop

Mike returned my initial inquiry call promptly.  We set up an appointment for him to meet our dog, survey our property, & give me a quote on the fencing system.  He was punctual & professional in our first meeting.  He followed up with a phone call after our initial meeting.  When I finally chose Pet Stop, he acted quickly to set up the utility survey & get our install scheduled.  As expected, he arrived punctually for the install.  Install & initial training were problem free.
Where Mike's dedication and professionalism really shone through is with the next issue.  I discovered later in the day that our television/internet/phone were not functional.  He answered his phone immediately even though it was Friday evening about 7pm.  He offered his apologies & promised to make things right with us in case Xfinity/Comcast charged us to get our line repaired.  He also wanted to be present when Comcast came out to fix the line.
When the comcast technician showed up at our house at 7am on Saturday morning, Mike was already there waiting (having driven to Loveland from Denver that morning!)  He still felt he had carefully followed all the utilities markings & wasn't sure how the line was cut.  I agreed - there was no location where it appeared Pet Stop had cut into the Comcast line, but obviously there must have been an unmarked line somehow/somewhere.   Comcast installed a new line & everyone went on their way without a charge.
I was very impressed with how concerned Mike was and his desire to make sure things were set straight.  He even offered to pay for a movie rental for my daughter since she missed the premiere of Teen Beach Movie on the Disney Channel the evening our cable was out.  Very sweet!
I would most definitely recommend Mike Leach and his Front Range Pet Stop business to anyone.  Very positive experience!
