Front Range Gutter West

Front Range Gutters West did a great job for us! We got estimates from 4 companies, and theirs was not only the lowest but the most professional, spelling our everything they would do much better than the other much larger companies. One of the owners, Tom, did the estimate and also came by again when we were ready to make our decision and he went over everything so we had a common understanding an agreement. Then the other owner, Nathan, came with a crew to do the work. They were fast, competent and friendly, very easy to work with. We agreed to terms on Wednesday and they did the job the following Tuesday! I highly recommend them!

My garage has never had gutters on it and I finally felt it was time to get some installed. I checked out several companies with Angie's List and I was really impressed by my experience with Front Range. When I first called I had to leave a voice mail but Tom responded promptly the next morning and had an estimator out that same day. They quoted me what I felt was a very reasonable price and they were able to come out the very next day to do the install. All of the people I interacted with were personable, professional and incredibly punctual. The gutters went up in no time at all, there was no cleanup for me to do and they were very careful around my landscaping. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to my friends.

The estimate and installation process was snappy. The work crew was courteous and did a good job cleaning up, however there were a few parts of the job that were sloppy, and post-installation (and payment) customer service is non-existent. I had questions about the installed downspout configuration. I called during business hours and left a message asking about this, and never recieved a call back. Later in the winter, one of the side gutters twisted and sagged a little. When I climbed up on a ladder to have a look, I saw that no backing screws were installed for the entire section. Again I called during business hours, and left a message about the missing screws. Again no returned call. Now as I sell my house, the inspector notices that the relocation of the power entry to the house has been done improperly and I will have to shell out for an electrician to come out and fix it. Bottom line this company needs to boost their customer relations and quality control of their product.

One more person we have used recently and that was Front Range Gutter West.  I got them in Lakewood.  The invoice I have has a Lakewood address on it.  They put new gutters on our home and we are completely satisfied.  He recommended a bigger gutter than what I had which has really turned out to be nice things and the materials I really like.  That was August of 2013.  The cost exactly was $1390.  If I have new gutters again I will call them if there is any form of damage or something like that and I definitely recommend them to anybody.

After getting estimates from other gutter companies, we decided to go with Front Range Gutter West. We had never replaced gutters before so this was all new territory. They seemed to understand our needs the best and I really appreciated their patience as we had to coordinate this job with other work going on at our house at the time. They were knowledgeable and professional and the price was very good. I would definitely recommend Front Range Gutter West.

Front Range Gutter West did a great job of replacing my old gutters with new larger gutters at a very good price and in a very timely manner. The gutters made a huge difference in the appearance of the house, they simply look great.

They were the most responsive out of all companies I sent estimate inquiries to and they were able to get me scheduled quickly. The team was great, and the whole house was complete in a few hours. I was very pleased.

The estimate was completed on 4/11 (within 2 days of my initial contact with the company).  I authorized the work to be completed and was told they would send out a crew as soon as the weather cleared (we had a snowy spring).  I called them back the middle of May to find out when the work would be completed.  It was as if I had never contacted them & they seemed unaware that they had provided a written estimate. I realize that this is a "small job", but they didnt' seem too concerned about completing the job. The work was scheduled for the morning of 5/24.  The crew arrived at 12:30 pm - usually this wouldn't be a big deal, but I had an appointment that afternoon.  I had to call my daughter to come over to be here while the work was completed.  Overall, the work is fine which is the most important part.  I'm very happy with the look of the gutter.
Don't expect them to follow up - you'll need to call them to ensure the work is scheduled.
Do ask them for a specific date for the work to be completed.
Do ask them for a specific time for the crew to arrive.

Great. Tom scheduled the work and it took less time than was expected. I went to check on the progress and it was already completed.

Had an old gutter that was leaking despite my efforts at sealing.  Called Tom and received ball park figure over the phone and he offered to come out and provide a written estimate which he did.  I authorized the work and Tom's guys completed it when I wasn't there.  Everything looks great.

The proposal was for $1245.00 and they charged me extra.  It appears they did not properly seal the corners.  Underneath the gutters it appears they did not use the proper wood.

It was very smooth.  The owner answered my questions, did the work exactly as stated with the correct colors.  It was done when I came home from work and the work area was spotless.

First class.   They responded when they said.  Worked efficiently, and provided exactly what we contracted for.   Top rating.

Poor communication and customer service.  Poor follow up.  Disinterest in customer concerns or complaints.

They were fast and the guy was really friendly. He told us a little bit about what happens, and what causes it to sag down. It's rained a few times and there hasn't been a leak.

Just recently had a hardscape project completed and downspouts needed repair.  Called them on a Monday, came out to do an estimate on Wed., job completed on Thurs.!  Couldn't have been happier!  It was a small job (in the middle of summer), but they were extremely efficient in getting the job done.  Would hire them in a heartbeat for total gutter replacement!
