Front Range Granite

Brayan and his crew did a great job and got it done for us very quickly because we're putting our current house up for sale. There were a couple spots of epoxy that somehow got onto a couple appliances and he came out right away and took care of them. Great job guys! You'll definitely be the first person I call when we upgrade at the new house!

Front Range Granite was very professional. They were quick in response to listing. Flexible in scheduling to coincide with Best Buy induction cooktop installation team. On time, careful about controlling the dust from cutting the granite to the proper size for the new cooktop. Removed the existing gas cooktop as part of the job. Made sure the new cooktop would fit the new cutout, and offered to come back if the installation crew needed any adjustments, which were not necessary.

Great service and quality work

Wish I would have spoken to other installers. I asked them to level out the counters. Did not happen. I paid them to install a new sink and they said they would have a plumber here and it was included in the estimate. The day of the install I asked if the plumber would be here and he said he would try to get him here and he did. It was a handyman and not a plumber. The handyman informed me I would need to get additional parts because they cannot use the old hardware that the garbage disposal had. The plumber was here for a couple of hours and had about 20-30 dollars in parts and I paid over $300 directly to the plumber(handyman). Seems as though I paid twice. The countertop installation was not cheap. I have a pass-through in the kitchen and I asked for quartz to be installed instead to match the counters. They did and instead of shimming up to meet the existing trim, they set an inch and a half below. All the trim had to be redone unnecessarily. I am a Master Electrician and realize the importance of hiring licensed electricians and plumbers. I am continually fixing handymans electrical work. If something were to go wrong they do not have insurance. For instance, I come home and my place is flooded. They should not be doing electrical or plumbing work because they do not know what they are doing and it is a violation of the law for very good reason. I wish I could post pictures here! I am normally not one that would leave a negative review.

They were on time and completed the installation in less than 2 hours. And cleaned up after themselves!

They had a couple of issues with the undermount sink when it was installed, but they came back out the next day and fixed the issue. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because there was an issue with the sink.

Showed up on time with short notice, did a professional and clean job

Positives: They were the only company who tore out and installed countertops the same day. Their estimate was lowest of the three contractors who submitted bids. Negatives: We agreed (over and over) that the seam would be located at the sink, where it would be negligible. But when they installed the countertop, the seam was right in the middle of my workspace! Absolutely the most noticeable place it could be. Then they had to come back to buff the seam because the finish all along the seam was dull. Clean-up wasn't the best. I had to pick up dozens of granite pieces left in our yard after they cut out the cooktop. The plumber they recommended was TERRIBLE. Find your own. Even though the countertop looks beautiful, there was too much hassle working with this company.
