I needed a structural engineer to assess my current roof because I want to restore my roof to the original roofline. I've had my house for 32 years and decided to redo the roof back to the original roof line. The previous owner had added a passive solar system to the house and it never worked that well. I thought that the previous owner had torn out part of the original structure. Mr Fox showed me how the original owner only covered up the original and tore out one stud that will be easily replaced. I am now confident that I won't have an issue when I go to get my roof permit. I will be using Mr Fox next month for two more projects: I plan to add an addition to the house and I will have him assess my breezeway for replacing a polycarbonate roofing to a more traditional roof. I plan on adding a solar cell system to my roof and I need to know if the current structures can handle the extra weight.

As a contractor I have worked with many engineers over the last 8-9 years in the Denver area. Fox Engineering is without a doubt the best company I have worked with. I have probably used them on around 20 jobs to this point and they have always provided great fixes, are always on time and have great turnaround on getting drawings. Although those are all very important things when dealing with an engineer, I think the best part of working with this company is their ability to communicated clearly with customers. In my experience this is one of the hardest things when dealing with engineers. I highly recommend using this company for all of your structural engineering needs.

We're selling a home and the buyers were asking for various fixes to be done. We were skeptical and had Dillon out to have a look. He not only explained exactly what was needed, but found us a much lower cost solution and was able to do the work himself because he's also a contractor. Highly recommend!
