I called Forrest on the strong recommendation of a friend, who had recently both sold and bought a house with him. I live outside of Denver and was looking at one specific neighborhood with the idea of moving at some point in the future. When a house came on the market in just the right location and at the right price point, I called Forrest. He was immediately responsive, got all the info on the house to me, went to see it on my behalf, identified what he thought were potential problems as well as the inherent upside in the property, and helped me make an offer the next day. The house already had an offer on it, but with Forrest's expertise and advise, my offer was chosen. He had contacts for EVERYTHING I needed: the inspection, resolving a sewer issue, getting estimates from contractors, etc. And, everything was done quickly and efficiently. He represented me at the closing as well. When I saw the house, it exceeded my expectations. And, so did Forrest. Even after the sale was complete, he answered my questions and gave me helpful contacts and advice. I have done a lot of buying, selling and moving in my life. Forrest is definitely a stand out---someone who is ready to help his clients in any way possibly and give them the best service possible. He is a local, who really knows the Denver market. It was also easy and fun to work with him. Even in the intensity of what we managed to pull off, he never lost his cool. He was calm, friendly, honest and easy to work with. I highly recommend him.

We moved to the Denver area from NYC and Forrest has been nothing but amazing. Forrest met with us the day we flew into town and really explained the process of buying a home to us and really listened to our wants and needs. We were first time home buyers so the whole process was foreign to us and he really laid it all out there. Forrest also understood that we were in a bit of a time crunch to find a home and he made it happen. Forrest took so much time during the week and on the weekends to show us houses that really fit into what we wanted, he didn't try to show us houses that were out of our price range or out of our area, which we appreciated. Forrest is very knowledgable about different areas, construction, design, etc. Forrest made our first home buying experience the best that we could have asked for.

Forrest was recommended to me after he helped a good friend purchase his first house. This was my first home buying experience and Forrest helped me every step of the way, clarifying the process and making sure I was comfortable and understood everything. He was responsive to my questions and concerns 24/7 and was very patient with me. My fiance and I met Forrest because he has helped a few of our friends buy their homes in Denver. He came very highly recommended. He was absolutely wonderful to work with! I cannot stress how important being available and responsive is to me when working with someone. Forrest always responded to myself and my fiance in a very timely manner. Going out and looking for our house was great. Forrest is the type of realtor that is there to guide you. He would point out things he saw that he thought could be an issue but he never tried to push us into anything. He is knowledgeable, professional and fun to work with. Finding our home was an enjoyable and fairly laid back process. I cannot recommend Forrest enough if you are looking for your home in Denver and the surrounding areas.

Forrest did an amazing job helping us buy our first house in Denver! He helped us navigate our options within a limited budget, and was incredibly flexible, accommodating, and patient with our desire to see a TON of houses (I think we visited 19 in a single day — a record??). After a couple months of searching, Forrest knew our preferences well enough to be able to recommend we come out and see a place that we’d overlooked in our relentless ‘hearting’ on Zillow. It was a fantastic find, and the seller concessions that Forrest negotiated during the closing process made it an even sweeter deal. I’d absolutely work with him again, and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a quality realtor in the Denver area.

Forrest was a great find in Denver. He helped me buy my first home in Denver. As a first time buyer, I thought I was pretty well informed when I came to our first meeting. Through his professional and attentive demeanor, he was able to answer my questions and make me feel at ease with the buying process. As a first time buyer, my tastes and search criteria kept changing in the process, but Forrest was adaptable and we finally found a house to make an offer on. Forrest was excellent in the process. Even during a busy time when he was working with other clients, he was attentive and on time with his responses to my messages. It gave me a great feeling. Forrest was incredible to work with and is a highly capable and adept Realtor. His demeanor is confident, respectful and professional and he has a genuine, easygoing personality. I'm not one to settle so it took a year to finally find the right house - Forrest was patient, committed and very responsive throughout the process. Forrest and I started looking at properties in the Denver metro area in early October 2016 and I just closed in early December. Forrest was extremely helpful from the initial meeting, setting up showings, all the way to the closing date. Being that this was my first time purchasing a property, I went in with a limited knowledge of the intricacies involved in home buying. This is where Forrest shined! He helped me better understand the Denver market, figure out the type of home I wanted, all while staying in my initial price range. The property I ended up purchasing had a few problems that arose during the inspection, but Forrest was quick to address my concerns with the seller and ended up getting everything fixed before closing. The main benefit I noticed when searching for a property with Forrest was his availability. Whether it was via email/text/phone call, Forrest was always there to answer any questions that I had (there were many). Working with Forrest on buying our first home was an absolute pleasure. He went above and beyond our expectations in helping locate and assess potential properties and his communication was excellent. Considering the inherent stress in purchasing a home, the difficult market for buyers in Denver, and the fact that we were doing this all from out of state, we had a lot stacked against us from the get go.
