Thank you for your prompt response and positive spirit with my long term plan.

I called Forrest on the strong recommendation of a friend, who had recently both sold and bought a house with him. I live outside of Denver and was looking at one specific neighborhood with the idea of moving at some point in the future. When a house came on the market in just the right location and at the right price point, I called Forrest. He was immediately responsive, got all the info on the house to me, went to see it on my behalf, identified what he thought were potential problems as well as the inherent upside in the property, and helped me make an offer the next day. The house already had an offer on it, but with Forrest's expertise and advise, my offer was chosen. He had contacts for EVERYTHING I needed: the inspection, resolving a sewer issue, getting estimates from contractors, etc. And, everything was done quickly and efficiently. He represented me at the closing as well. When I saw the house, it exceeded my expectations. And, so did Forrest. Even after the sale was complete, he answered my questions and gave me helpful contacts and advice. I have done a lot of buying, selling and moving in my life. Forrest is definitely a stand out---someone who is ready to help his clients in any way possibly and give them the best service possible. He is a local, who really knows the Denver market. It was also easy and fun to work with him. Even in the intensity of what we managed to pull off, he never lost his cool. He was calm, friendly, honest and easy to work with. I highly recommend him.

We moved to the Denver area from NYC and Forrest has been nothing but amazing. Forrest met with us the day we flew into town and really explained the process of buying a home to us and really listened to our wants and needs. We were first time home buyers so the whole process was foreign to us and he really laid it all out there. Forrest also understood that we were in a bit of a time crunch to find a home and he made it happen. Forrest took so much time during the week and on the weekends to show us houses that really fit into what we wanted, he didn't try to show us houses that were out of our price range or out of our area, which we appreciated. Forrest is very knowledgable about different areas, construction, design, etc. Forrest made our first home buying experience the best that we could have asked for.

If you're looking for a stern suit, Forrest is not your guy. But if you're looking for a relaxed person with more than sufficient market insight to guide you through the process like an old friend, Forrest is the person for you. Terrific. My wife and I were barely looking for a new house but stumbled across a great opportunity. It happened so quickly and Forrest was great in calming us down. The house was 75% complete so it was a 2 month closing process. For the last month Forrest had a preplanned trip to Europe and had his associate Angela help while he was gone. Angela was outstanding as well. We came across some bumps in the road and Angela handled everything professional and and had our backs. Forrest was also providing support even being overseas.

Forrest did an amazing job helping us buy our first house in Denver! He helped us navigate our options within a limited budget, and was incredibly flexible, accommodating, and patient with our desire to see a TON of houses (I think we visited 19 in a single day — a record??). After a couple months of searching, Forrest knew our preferences well enough to be able to recommend we come out and see a place that we’d overlooked in our relentless ‘hearting’ on Zillow.
