"Hello all I have been to this home 4 time's, and on time every time. First call. Fill cracks outside wall's repair rear door, and install water heater. Duct tape or any kind of tape, was never used. Dont even know where that comment came from. 2nd call.. was to tighten fitting on hotwater tank, then asked to replace heater filter. 3rd call. No heat, found pilot light out. No charge 4th call No heat, Found no power to unit No charge. If memory serves me correct, it was like a month between 3rd and 4th call."
