I worked with a number of them and I found the whole industry to be odd. They almost sent the whole country down and they records speak for themselves. From start to finish, things changed all the time. At times they were responsive, numbers changed, but they had a very rate for me in the end without any points. Their service was fair and no one really knows everything that is going on in that industry. It is always somebody else?s fault and they can?t find that person. They were supposed to in effect charge me the closing charge, but now they said that I did not pay for my insurance in advance. They said that they have to charge me because I did not pay my insurance in advance for 2011. I am going to get some financial advice and decide what to do. I thought that they were able to answer questions, but my relator did not think so.
