These people sold me the parts (motor + run capacitor) I needed to repair my central AC, when nobody else in town would (everyone else cited the fact that I'm not an HVAC contractor as the reason they wouldn't sell to me). Found a motor that was an exact cross to the one I was replacing, got the part in quickly, and got it to me before my furniture burst into flames from the heat.
The only reason they only get a 'B' on price is because I think they took a *little* bit of liberty with the price of the replacement run capacitor they sold me. I know they need to make their share to stay in business, and I know what the wholesale cost is of the parts, so I can't begrudge them a bit of profit, but I think they went just a little too far.
