Saw truck over internet, and made an offer. The offer was accepted, made a deposit contingent on my final approval when I arrive in Denver. Arrived in the morning, saw truck and visual inspection had some minor details to work out. Made arrangements to test drive! Noted to salesman Dan Blevins that the gas gauge was showing empty, he said we would be OK. Drove about a block and a half before running out of gas. Called and the said someone would be right there, 15min later still no one. Called again, there service person was out! Finally after 30min Dan shows up. The first thing out of his mouth is "did you need to block sidewalk" (WHEN A FOUR DOOR PICKUP RUNS AND YOU LOSE POWER STEERING YOU DO YOUR BEST). I should have left the truck in the middle of Broadway instead of trying to get it out of traffic and into a parking lot. His personal car was disgusting! When we got back to dealership, I informed him that the following needed to be corrected:
(1) Rear passenger window did not work from drivers console! (They fixed this)
(2) Three different tire manufactures! (Had to pay for new tires myself)
They brought it to me later that afternoon with the above items completed! Did test drive, and all was good! Went ahead with purchase, and signed papers! After all was complete I ask for keys and remote! Guess what there were no other keys and no remote, which he failed to mention in any prior conversation!!!!!!!!!! This truck has the chipped key, and when you have only one key then to the Dodge dealer you go. Also, same with the remote entry to the Dodge dealer! His reply when I became upset was that we "already had made a deal". Again, I mention that Dan "The Man" (HA) remember this one never once mentioned that there was only one key and no remote!!!
Do not assume one thing when dealing with FAMILY AUTO SALES, and especially DAN "THE MAN" BLEVINS!!!
After the sale it took two months to get the correct paperwork from them that included my wife on the title. They lied to my bank regarding them calling me, and me not returning calls. The only phone number they had was my cell #, I was able to go into my Verizon account and download all of my incoming and outgoing calls for the two month period. I showed this print out to my bank to let them see that there had been no call made from FAMILY AUTO SALES to my cell during this period. By the way they had already got payment from my bank!!!!!!! The only good contact I had with FAMILY AUTO SALES was with Karen Valentine who helped get the paperwork corrected. Kudos to Karen, sorry she was put in this sad position!
  PLEASE USE CAUTION WHEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY AND IT'S SALES PERSONNEL!
