Beautiful work. Everything was just as I requested. 

This is our second time using Fabian Painting and I was so impressed with the consistent promptness, quality, and price that I wanted to leave a good review. Eight years ago, we needed a couple of rooms painted and Fabian Painting did a professional job. So, fast forward to last month when we decided to abruptly sell our house, we called them again. The owner, Raul, responded quickly and courteously, and we were able to get the entire interior of a 2000 square foot house painted within a couple of days. I was impressed that this company was could demonstrate such flexibility. Raul is one of the nicest people you'll meet as he listens to what you need done, has helpful suggestions, and works with you on scheduling. I don't usually leave reviews, but it was the consistency of timely and professional work ethic over the years that made me want to stand behind Fabian Painting.

For some reason, bad service more often prompts people to review a company than good services does. The web is filled with negative reviews, but this is not one of those.
This is the second time that I have used Fabian Painting ? and am writing this review from my gorgeous and warm home office that they painted for me last summer. After two outstanding experiences, a glowing review is well over due.
I've never had a contractor show up at 7:30 AM, but Fabian Painting did; followed by three full days of hard work. My house was completely painted in two days and the deck refinished on the third day.
My house has decorative additions to the siding, which I don't really like. In order to downplay them, I wanted them painted the house color rather than the trim color. The painters asked me about each bit of the trim and those annoying decorations and then painted each exactly as I had instructed. The owner of the company stopped by all three days to check on the progress and to set my expectations for what would be accomplished that day and the next.
I had visitors coming in the following week and had no expectation that the house project would be completed. I knew it would be a juggling act to try to use the deck for entertaining while it was being refinished and worried about how I would manage. Fabian Painting finished the project with two days to spare and I am looking forward to getting outside for some grilling.
I have not a single complaint about this contractor. They showed upon on time (early, in fact), did the work as I expected, accommodated a few slightly unreasonable requests, and, on the whole, made it a truly painless experience. In addition to a A grade, they deserve a couple of gold stars.

Raul Fabian and his crew did such a fine job on our home the last time it was painted, I rehired him to do it again.  The last job easily lasted 5 years and weathered 2 hail storms with little peeling and no chalking of the paint.  Without the hail storms, I think it would have lasted 6-7 years, way longer than average with Denver's altitude and UV exposure.
I was provided with documentation of both business liability and workmens compensation insurance.
This time around, the prep work was again throrough and careful.  The job was not rushed and the quality of the work shows.  The house looks very tight and solid.
My wife and I admit to being picky and this is the only painter that has ever "wow'd" us.  I am in real estate and see a lot of paint jobs.  I would and do recommend this painter to my friends and clients alike.
