The owner was never on time. Told us the project would take 2-3 days. After 3 weeks we fired him with sod dying in the back and sod partially completed in the front because he left the sod sitting on a pallet for several days and it molded. Was never able to get the sprinkler system properly working and misdiagnosed the problems with it. Claims he did not include part of the lawn in the estimate when I deducted it from the final bill claiming I asked that all but one small portion of my yard be redone. The only service that was completed to satisfaction was the tree being cut down. Overall, he was unprofession, unreliable, and did not know what he was doing.
