I have used this company for over 10 years. Tom the owner goes out of his way to make sure i am Happy. He treats us and others with kindness and treats his employees with respect too.

Worst housecleaning experience EVER! I've lived in several states and had several cleaning companies clean my home (wich I keep very tidy) and I have never experienced such a level of unprofessionalism! Not only was the cleaning worse than my 5 year old could do, but the owner has some sort of family feud with his brother (who owns a cleaning company with the same name) and when I got them mixed up initially, they invovled me in their drama! Furthermore, I had booked them weeks in advance to clean our new home before we moved in with our kids and they called me the morning of ( the day before we were to move in) and said they didn't feel like doing it anymore, leaving me high and dry! I know I should have been wary due to the price they were charging, but they had been recommended to me by a new neighbor. Awful, awful, awful-DO NOT CALL!!!

I wasn't impressed. The cleaners never touched my window sills and left dust and dead bugs there. Often they would skip cleaning my guest bathroom altogether. They only half cleaned floors, left dust and cobwebs around, did not clean my mirrors, and spent maybe 45 minutes tops cleaning a 7 room house. They also took divots out of my bed and other wooden furniture with their vacuum cleaner and left open bags of food trash on my back porch (where cats got into it) rather than tying them and putting them in the garbage can. I thought I was getting a great deal at $55 for a housecleaning, but I guess one gets what one pays for. I called the owner a few times and asked that he speak to the cleaners and ask them to step it up a bit. I tipped the cleaners themselves regularly, but it didn't make a bit of difference. When I complained on the last occasion, the owner's son said he'd call me back to schedule a repeat cleaning, and he never did call. I then called and cancelled the service.

Overall I was very displeased with Exceptional House Cleaning. They did a very poor and sloppy job on my house. My wife and I ended up having to go back and reclean our selves. Very disappointed and do not recommend. Exceptional = NOT!!!!
