Description of Work: We and many of our neighbors have been using Eva for quite some time. and have been very happy with her and her crew. Language barrier can be a little tough sometimes but she and her staff are super thorough.

 + -1 moreShe called promptly to schedule an appointment to give me a quote, and then called that day to say an emergency had come up and she would call again to reschedule. I told her that was fine, but she never called again.
Description of Work: They canceled the meeting to look at my house, and then never called back to reschedule.

 + -1 moreThorough cleaning; probably the cleanest my house has been in years, workers were very efficient and polite. For future work, I have made arrangements to always have at least one fluent English speaker on the cleaning team.

 + -1 moreI was rather shocked when 5 women showed up for this job at 7 am! They proceeded to spread out around my house and worked furiously for 4 hours, cleaning the bathrooms, bedrooms, basement, kitchen and family room. By the end I was calling them Eva's army! My only objection was that they brought their own rags and equipment and, despite my asking them to use mine instead, they used theirs. I don't know whether Eva didn't understand my request (her English seems very good) or ??? If I were to have them come again I would make my wishes more clear before they began.
Description of Work: I have never had such a thorough cleaning of my house. Even the closets and some of the bathroom drawers were cleared out and vacuumed.

 + -1 moreEva and her team are always friendly and professional. They are extremely industrious, seeming never to slow down. They are nice and friendly with the kids, careful with our belongings, and always on time(never last minute excuses like we have experienced in the past with other cleaners).
Description of Work: Eva and her crew clean our house every week and as far as I can tell they are miracle workers. We have three kids 4 years old and under and a big dog, and after Eva and her team leave our house is literally spotless. They have great attention to detail, and unlike with housekeepers we have had in the past(and there have been a few)there is never anything that I can find that they have overlooked. Eva brings 3-4 assistants and they spend 3-4 hours in our house using their own supplies, so on a per man-hour basis their fees are VERY reasonable. A number of our neighbors use Eva's service as well and all speak very highly of her work.
