emerald cleaning

Found them on craigslist and they were the cheapest compared to others.  She had not before and after pictures like the other companies.  But I needed a move out/move in cleaning done on a home I was moving into.  I was looking for the baseboards to be cleaned, dusting, kitchen appliances (stove/range, fridge) cleaned, bathrooms, vacuuming, etc.
They arrived an hour early than the appointment time (which was fine, she did notify me).  Her and her husband along with their 5 year old daughter.  A bit unprofessional but I understand, I am a parent as well.  We went over what my expectations were and what we really wanted cleaned as the landlord was walking through and the previous tenants expected their deposit back based on the cleaning condition of the home.  We left and stayed out of their way and the cleaning was approximately 3 hours.  We came back to the home and we went over a few things that she could not get cleaned.  She said she could not get the kitchen lanolium flooring cleaned.  She tried everything and it would not work.  She stated that it must have been a "high traffic" area and nothing worked, bleaching, mopping absolutely nothing, (I belived her).  Then as I was going over the details with her, I noticed her husband going back to clean areas that were missed: the 1 front window and spraying/cleaning the wall/railing from the stairs (but only sprayed and clean one part as we were walking up the stairs during inspection).  I was highly impressed and yet side tracked by how clean the oven was and assumed the rest of the home was as clean.  We gave her $100 plus a $20 tip and they were on their way.  I regret the tip as we noticed a lot things were pretty much half effortly done besides the oven. 
Oven/Range -- cleaned great.  Removed all the excess stains on the glasstop. 
Base boards -- were not dusted nor wiped down.  They used a vacuum tool and there is still dust on the baseboards
Blinds -- were not dusted at all
Windows -- only the front window as we were walking in my husband noticed it was dirty.  Other than that, windows were still dirty and the window ledges were still dirty and not wiped down.
Light fixtures -- were not dusted at all
Kitchen exhaust -- were not dusted at all
Kitchen cabinets -- some still has some residue on them and were not dusted
Kitchen floors -- claimed that she tried everything to get them cleaned, and well. it was pretty much a lie.  After she left we sprayed a little tile cleaner and bleach and voila, it worked. 
Stair wall ledge -- only party of the bottom was cleaned and my husband and I were walking up, her husband cleaned just a small part to look "busy" or as if he missed a spot
I can go on and on.  Overall, I will NEVER use this company again.  Nor will I EVER recommend them to anyone.  I was so disappointed that I paid for an Angie's List membership just so I can write a review and warn anyone else.
