Abou three days after Elite finished the installation my renter called to notify me that there was a crack in the ceiling of one of the bedrooms that she had just noticed that wasn't there before the roof was replaced. I remembered reading on the back of the contract that Elite wasn't responsible for cracked driveways or ceilings during the installation.
I called Brian to see if there was anything he could do. He told me that in some very rare occasions ceilings can get cracked from the roof work that is being done. He told me that he would put in a work order to have the crack repaired at no cost to me! Elite worked out a time with my renter so they could get into the house and fix the crack.
I stopped by the following week to take a look at the repaired ceiling and it looked great! I was elated that Elite fixed the crack in my ceiling even though they didn't have to!
I was so impressed with the service I received from Elite Roofing that I am going to have them install a new roof on my other rental next spring once it warms up!
