+ -1 moreI called up the 800 number to schedule a repair. Since I park in a huge parking lot, it ended up being easier for me to take the work in. I had to change the date, and when I was waiting on hold, I heard the two reps. (from the local shop and the 800 number talking about me, how I wasn't very responsible changing the appointment the day after I made it and not giving them my insurance info quick enough; very unprofessional). When I took it in, I had to wait an hour for the repair. I would have liked to have known that information up front, but the work was fine. After it was all over, their rep. called me twice more to repeat my insurance information; they transposed numbers; all in all it was a pain.
Description of Work: Repaired three chips in my windshield.

+ -1 moreI WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICES I RECEIVED. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND ACCOMMODATING. THEY ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND WERE VERY CUSTOMER FOCUSED. THE WORK WAS DONE TIMELY AND THEY MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS VERY CLEAN WHEN THEY FINISHED.
Description of Work: ELITE AUTO GLASS CAME OUT TO MY HOME AND REPLACED MY CAR'S WINDSHIELD FOR ME.
