Absolutely great guy to work with. As a property manager I go through a lot of contractors. Nicks communication is excellent which I really appreciate. Shows up on time, works hard and stays late to get the job done. The floors look perfect. No gaps, perfectly flat and nice cuts on the 1/4 round.
