It went great!

The Company representative indicated the work would be done on Tuesday. No workers showed up to perform the work and when the Company was contacted they indicated that it was scheduled for first thing on Wednesday and that a two man crew would be sent out. When no crew had arrived by 10:30 a.m. on Weds., the Company was contacted and they indicated they would be there soon. A one man crew finally showed up after 1:00 p.m. on Weds. The single worker couldn't get all of the work done by the end of the day and he indicated that we would be the first job on Thurs. When no workers arrived by 10:00 a.m. on Thurs, the Company was contacted and they indicated they would be on site shortly. A two man crew finally arrived at about 1:15 p.m on Thursday. They completed the work that day and presented a bill in the amount originally quoted. Many promises were made, few were kept on a timely basis, and apparently the telephone at Edgewater Glass only rings in and cannot be used to dial out.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS OK. THEY CUT THE BIG PIECE WRONG, BUT DID MAKE THE JOB RIGHT BY RECUTTING AND INSTALLING THE SMALLER ONE TO MATCH. THE INSTALLER WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND THE JOB WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER.
