+ -1 moreDAVID J. COLLINS APPRAISED OUR HOME ON MAY 24, 2005 AND CAME UP WITH A MARKET VALUATION OF OUR PROPERTY SUFFICIENT TO COMPLETE THE REFINANCE, ALTHOUGH HE USED ONE COMPARABLE PROPERTY THAT WAS A BUILDER SALE, NOT A RESALE HOME WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN AT A HIGHER VALUE.
Description of Work: EAPPRAISAL PERFORMED AN APPRAISAL ON OUR HOME WHEN WE REFINANCED TO GET OUT OF OUR MORTGAGE WITH THE HOME BUILDERS FINANCE COMPANY.
