The service technicians were somewhat better. Very pleasant to work with. They did leave a huge pile of lint on the ground outside of the dryer vent, though.
I used this company before joining Angie's List, when I purchased a discount coupon from Living Social.
I ended up spending an additional $160 above the coupon value to complete the work, since we had additional supply and vent lines above the number covered by the coupon.
I would not use their service again and could not recommend them.
