Stereo and Home Theater System Service
I had to ship it to them from the middle of nowhere. They then shipped it back 2 day after completing the repair. The repair was done perfectly and they even cleaned the entire unit. This is well beyond typical warranty work! The only gripe I have is there was no contact from them, I actually emailed asking how things were going and they responded very quickly telling me it had already shipped out.

Auto Radio Service
THIS COMPANY SUCKED. THEIR PRODUCTS WERE GOOD BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. THEY SAY THE APPOINTMENT WILL TAKE 2 HOURS THEN THEY HAVE YOUR CAR ALL DAY. THEY DON'T TAKE YOU BACK OR FORTH FROM YOUR EMPLOYER SO YOU HAVE TO FIND YOUR OWN WAY. SOME SHOPS WILL OFFER THAT SERVICE. THEN I PICKED UP MY CAR AND THE ALARM WAS MALFUNCTIONING. SO I HAD TO GO BACK AGAIN AFTER ANOTHER 4 HOURS THEY DETERMINED IT WAS BAD. SO I SCHEDULED ANOTHER DAY AND LEFT MY CAR TO HAVE A WHOLE NEW ALARM INSTALLED TO HAVE TO COME BACK AGAIN. A LOT OF TROUBLE FOR SOMETHING. THE ALARM WAS REASONABLY PRICED BUT ALL THE HASSLE MADE IT NOT WORTH IT. IT ALSO SEEMED THEY HAD SOME INTERNAL PROBLEMS GOING ON THAT WERE TAKEN OUT ON CUSTOMERS.

DTR DID AN EXCELLENT JOB IN A TIMELY, COST EFFICIENT MANNER FOR US. I WOULD DEFINITELY TAKE ANY ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT NEEDING DIAGNOSIS AND REPAIR BACK TO THEM IN THE FUTURE.
