I called on Domestic Science for a one-time cleaning of my office space. I was pleasantly surprised by how efficiently they worked to clean the office. They were very friendly, as well, which made it an overall pleasant experience. The quality of their work was beyond measure, and I really appreciate having a nice clean place to work.

Alethea and Denver did an amazing job when they came to my home. They are very detailed oriented. Alethea is the owner of the company and she really cares about relationships with her clients. My daughter and I were trying to have the house clean for my wife for her when she returned from a trip and Alethea made sure she knew exactly what we wanted done and her and Denver worked hard the entire time and made sure they finished what I wanted done during the time we had agreed upon. She even went a few minutes past to make sure thst the job was done. I will definitely use Domestic Science in the future and can't recommend them enough for your cleaning needs. They will take care of your home like it is theirs and they care about you as if you were part of their family. Thanks again Alethea, we will use you again soon in the future.

Owner, Aletha, went way beyond reasonable expectations; as for instance, she purchased replacement LED bulbs for each lighting fixture in the house, which we readying for sale, and used these LED bulbs to replace compact fluorescent bulbs. She did multiple other tasks as well that fit into the same category. Moreover, she did these for us after we had left town to return home. I was able to trust her intrinsically, which was a great relief because we could not stay around to accomplish these tasks on our own.

my house cleaning was done 2 days @ 3 hours per day. I don't understand why she could not just clean for 6 hrs. She did a good job on my 2 bathrooms, and claimed she did a thorogh cleaning the kitchen.. It was fine, but not thorough. The entry way from the garage was never touched, even though she found time to "line up all my shoes in my closet" I do not consider that a a cleaning priority. I have used 4 cleaning services in the past 20 yrs and I must say, I was least impressed with this one. SHe did not utilize her time properly or effieicently. She was very pleasant as a perso

"This client made a service request for same-day service. I already had other customers on that day and fit in as much as I could do on short notice. I then completed the remainder of the time requested the next day. The client gave me a limit of how much she wanted to spend, and I stayed within her budget. She chose how long she wanted me in each room. She only let me into the kitchen when we were almost out of time, and then told me she was very pleased with everything. I asked for specific places to be cleaned which was not done sufficiently. Other items were cleaned that didn't need it. Lavender said she would return a portion of the charges but has not done so. I did not receive a paper bill which I need for my renter and taxes. I am not at all happy with this service.

"This client was refunded. We offered to also complete what she alleged was not complete. She refused service and refused to submit proof of her allegation. We refunded her anyway, and she submitted a low rating regardless of our attempts to make things right for her."

While I never met any of them personally we talked on the phone a number of times. The work was well done and they did what I ask vs other services I have used. I liked using a smaller company it was much more personal. Great Job, I will most likely hire them to help out my elderly Mother before she has company the end of the summer, If I would trust them at my Mothers house you know I trust them
