Our overall experience with them was great. They came out and measured, and actually they measured them too big but we were able to get some tools to grind them down to make them smaller and we installed them. Initially, I thought they were really good, they were extremely reliable, very helpful and knowledgeable about windows and willing to come to the house to measure. They showed up on time and did everything. I thought they were doing all their measurements correctly. It is a 100-year-old home, so it could have been that there measurements were not very precise because of the prior windows. The prior windows, they were original and like built into the house so it was hard for them to tell where the openings were. The unfortunate part is that these were all custom sized windows, so we had the opening and kind of had to make it work because we could not wait for four weeks to get another window. So, that definitely was a con. Regarding windows, there are three levels of quality, they had good, better, best and this was the better, the mid grade quality. Their price was great.

No issues, all of the windows fit perfectly, and work very well. Their new, top-of-the-line windows make me realize just how bad the previous windows were, and how you can pay more with another company and get less quality. These windows are rated at R-10, and I can believe it. -15 outside last winter, and the inside of the window was actually kind of warm. The old windows had ice on the inside, the new ones from Discount had none.
