They were never delivered. After speaking with George he tells me the order was never printed for some reason instead they had them delivered to my home because my mom was going to be out all day and then I could deliver the flowers to her myself. I had used them the last 4-5 years because they do do a good job with their floral arrangements. 2 years ago they had charged my credit card twice, the previous year they could not get the arrangement delivered on time. Needless to say this is the last time I will be using their services.

I ordered online for the same day delivery and received a call within the hour from the owner stating that the nose and eye parts for the dog face would not be available until the next day. He offered to do a different arrangement for me, but I chose to wait until the items arrived for the face. I very much appreciated his quick response and professionalism. Sometimes I wonder if my orders were delivered as specified when I used other vendors. From now on, my business stays with these wonderful people.

Great trouble free experience.

I called them from Los Angeles and asked for something appropriate for a 7 year old, as you don't send just flowers to a first grader! The next day my daughter called me to describe the over the top wonderful gift basket that arrived. There were flowers, candy, color books, cars, balloons, cookies, puzzles, toys and t-shirts -- all in a big basket! My daughter said that the basket was so fabulous, and the children were so excited, that she actually cried. She said it was the best thing I could have sent for the patient. Trust me, I will use D'Clement Florist for all my Denver floral requirements from now on!!!
