Desmond responded right away to my call, visited the property and texted me a written estimate the same day. He provided photos of the terrible condition of the bushes, planting beds and weeds. He did the work the next day and then sent me updated photos. I paid him via PayPal. His work was excellent and timely. It was great to work "virtually" with a service provider!

I am giving mixed reviews here because the first time Desmond showed up, he was great. He arrived on time and helped me out on very short notice. He charged $60, which I understood because the yard was overgrown. He told me it would be $40 from then on out and they would come every other week. Before the next appointment, I called him to see if we could change the day. He said sure and then never showed up. I called him and he was very apologetic and said he hadn't written it down, but he came the next day. However, this time he said he wasn't willing to do it for $40 anymore unless it was weekly. I said okay because I didn't have much choice. Before our third appointment, he called to change the day and we agreed on the next Monday. However, he never showed up on Monday or Tuesday and never called. I haven't heard from him since and it's now Thursday. Okay, I get the message. You underbid and now you're punishing me. Very unprofessional.

"Hello this is Desmond with Desmond's lawnwork's I'm sorry you do feel that way but the reason for us canceling was because of you changing dates and I have set schedules that I keep with customers on a weekly basis on mowing so it's hard for me to get to your property when I have set days for different areas of town. Entire property 1ft of weeds."
