DENVER MARBLE CONCEPTS

Decided to redo master bath, which was cultured marble. Decided to use Denver Marble concepts, after going to the home show. The original walls were perfectly square before removing the old marble, the demo I did myself. After they finished with the new material, every wall is bowed and out of square in some places over a 1/4 inch. They replaced the marble on a seat in the shower which before was slanted for the water to run back into the shower, and now the water runs the opposite way. There are a few places in the marble where they sanded off the finish leaving a dull porous surface. When the glass company came out to measure for the frameless enclosure, they point out how bad the install was, and the glass install became more expensive, and compromised in some respects. The glass company did a amazing good job to fix the marble installers short comings, even having to remake at no cost a large piece of glass after measuring the job three times due to things being out of square. Final insult from the company was when I contacted them about the areas where they sanded off the finish, and the panels being out of square, and was told that when they did the install everything was square, but the drying adhesive must have pulled them out of square, and I should just go to Home Depot and buy a can of clear spray paint to touch-up the areas where they sanded off the finish.

Jeff is the go to guy for design ideas. He has an eye for colors and recommended several different ideas and we finally were able to decide on the colors. Or I should say my wife was able to decide. I appreciate how it looks when it's all said and done but I can't visualize it from a small sample.
The installation crew led by Mark came every day and essentially completed the job in 5 days. They had to fight a couple of heavy snowfalls but they were always very respectful of our house and protected the carpeted stairs and halls with plenty of drop cloths and plastic runners.When all was said and done we had a small leak in the overflow tube of one of the sinks. Mark came back and filled it all in from the bottom with an epoxy mix and now all is well.
A few years ago we had new kitchen counters and bathroom counters replaced by Lowes using LG Himacs....a hard surface material with integrated sinks. They did a fine job as well, but Denver Marble does essentially the same thing for less money and more choices in colors with personalized service.They worked fast, efficiently and quite frankly I wish I knew about them a few years back because they would have done our kitchen and other bathroom as well.
We are going to replace another builder roman bath next year with a custom over-sized Marble bath and we'll definitely be using Jeff for the design and Denver Marble for the install. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a renovation of a kitchen or bath.
