Although it wasn't an emergency, Garrett gave me a quote and came the same day I called, at the time he stated, installed the new garbage disposal, and gave me a tip on how to prolong the life of the new one. I was very impressed with him, and I will definitely use him again. He also gave me a senior discount, which I appreciate.

Garrett checked out the plumbing and determined that water supply was not the problem. We asked if he does installations, and he said that he does, but that we would get a better deal by having the store we buy it from arrange the installation. I appreciate someone who is willing to give advice that is not self-serving.
