I had Bob install carpet in my small business (Motel) and he did have the best price, not by much, but he talked a good game with customer service which is most important to me, the after sale service is always the key. I called Bob a couple of months ago about the installation and what had turned out to be a very poor job, Seams separating, Coving coming off the wall, "I have pictures" and what I thought would be a snap phone call to get the repairs done as I was promised, turned into the usual he never answers his phone, Red Flag, took him over two weeks to get back to me, Red Flag, and when we did talk, he assured me it would be no problem at all and he would get a hold of the installer to correct everything, that was a month and a half after I initially talked to him, Red Flag, and now he won't answer Emails, Phone Calls and I'm going to have someone that actually knows what they are doing finish his terrible shotty work. Red Flag Red Flag Red Flag. I tried everything I could to resolve this and was very patient, I've had enough, do not deal with Denver Carpet Brokers if customer service means anything to you. I read their reviews and I'm shocked he has treated us like he has, but there it is for all of you, buyer beware!!!! The only reason they got one star is because they don't provide a "zero" Best Regards, Dennis King
