DO NOT USE this Company......I can't stress that enough. They repaired my dishwasher. The tech came out the first time and looked at my dishwasher for about one minute and told me it needed a new seal which I paid over 200 to fix. He came the next week to install the part towards the end of the week. By the next Monday I received a call from my daughter stating that there was water everywhere including my basement. I called the company demanding to speak with a supervisor six times that week and I still have not heard from them. I was told that the tech would have to come back out. He did sat there for 10 minutes while it ran and told me that there was nothing wrong with my dishwasher and when it happens again to call him.....I demanded my money back and to speak with the supervisor the tech who speaks very broken English said ok and then walked out and left without saying another word. I called the company requesting to speak with the supervisor again and was told and quot;We can leave him another message......At this point I am not holding my breath to hear from this company!!

Total cost was $1,261, which I authorized.  Upon reflection, it occurred to me that I was being overcharged.  I had emailed the contractor three times and finally received a call basically saying that if the work was satisfactory and I had authorized it, there was nothing they could do.  Breakdown as follows:

Freon, $565
Fan Motor, $326
Labor, $299

Today, July 25, 2015, the vent cover fell off and I noticed a metal bracket was not reattached.

The repair man came on time. He had the replacement heating element in his truck, and repaired the dryer quickly. The work took about 10 minutes after he had diagnosed the problem and gotten the part from his truck. He showed me the price was going to be $265, I signed the top copy and received the bottom copy. The bottom copy was too light to read, but I didn't notice immediately. Later I checked my bank account and the charge was $365. I also realized when I used the dryer next that he had failed to hook it back up to the vent tubing.
I called the office and told them about the price discrepancy. The receptionist, Jennifer was very unhelpful. I called her nearly everyday for two weeks. First she said she had to talk to her manager, then she said they were looking into it, then she said, "are you sure you were overcharged?" I sent her my bank statement to prove what the charge was. She said she couldn't get the original copy of the receipt for a month, so I'd have to wait. I told her it was unacceptable and she needed to call her service man and ask him to check the ticket.
Throughout these two weeks I repeatedly asked to speak to her manager, and he was always "unavailable". I left messages asking for him to call me back. He never did. In fact the company never called me at all, despite saying they would. I always initiated the calls.
After over two weeks of the run around, I called and she said the service man reported that the charge was in fact $365. I asked her how the pricing structure worked since the part was about $50 and he was in my house for less than half an hour. $365 seems like a ridiculous price. She said they charge by the difficulty of the job and she had no way of giving me comparable prices. I demanded a copy of the original ticket and an itemized list of how that price was calculated. That was over two weeks ago and I have received nothing.
Since my copy of the receipt is illegible, I can't prove the overcharge. But the price is exhorbitant, the customer service is lousy, the pricing structure seems to accommodate any amount the service man decides to charge, and the manager never took the responsibility to address the issue with me.
This is a shady business.

I was surprised and impressed when the technician diagnosed the reason for my broken microwave so quickly.  He put in a glass of water and when it didn't heat up, he said it was the magnetron.  He could not locate the model number and had trouble getting information about a replacement part with someone at  his own company.  While I watched him sit on hold for several minutes, I went online, got the number for customer service, and was talking to someone who helped me locate the model number (it's in the oven part of the microwave/oven combo) and get me a price for a replacement magnetron.  When I told him the price that Frigidaire quoted me with free shipping (he was still on hold with his company), he recommended that I buy it from Frigidaire as Denver Appliance would charge me double.  So I did and called back when it arrived.  The same technician came back and when he put in the new magnetron the microwave still didn't work.  He then told me that it could be the compositor, the transformer, or maybe the new magnetron is faulty.  He recommended that I replace one or both of these other parts to determine which is really broken.  Hmm...  To do this would cost $246 in parts and tax alone.  We have decided to call another appliance repair company because I still have a broken microwave, and possibly faulty new magnetron, and I'm out the $59.00 service fee.

The service tech was polite and punctual but quoted me the part at triple the cost. When I found this out, I called the company back to see if they would reconsider. The operator was extremely rude and said, "The answer is yes or no," and hung up on me. The tech also told me he would have to remove the entire microwave oven and conventional oven combo to fix it and would need me to find someone to help him. The company I hired to do the work figured out in a minute how to just remove the microwave by himself. So, I spent $59 to have Denver Appliance give me an outrageous quote. Don't go there.
